Shipping

COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE

Due to the current Covid-19 situation we have many shipping restrictions and are therefor unable to ship to many countries at this time. We have deactivated the option for purchasing from countries we are unable to deliver to. We apologize for this inconvenience but this is unfortunately out of our hands. 

Please understand that shipping will take longer than usual. 

We are no longer permitting parts reservations for the time being.

Clients who have made a reservation in the past: 

Shipping is currently not available to your country but you can reserve these items for a non-refundable 5.00EUR fee per reservation / order.
This fee does not cover any shipping charges or other costs and is simply a fee to hold the parts for you until day of shipment. Fees are displayed as shipping charges but are simply the reservation fee.
If you place an reservation-order with us, you will be informed once all restrictions have been waived and shipping is once again permitted to your country. The order will be shipped once all outstanding shipping fee's have been covered. More info can be found on our shipping info page.
Should you not agree with these terms please restrain from purchasing with us at this time.

Adding more items to your reservation order will not be possible. Please make a new purchase via the store. 

To cancel a reservation-order simply email us info@autoartspares.com  with your order number and a request to cancel.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via German post. Larger Packages (2KG+) are shipped via DHL Standard post (NOT EXPRESS). All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

 

Shipping prices start at 4.90€
To calculate shipping prices, add all items you wish to purchase to your cart, at the bottom right hand side click calculate shipping. 

 

Processing time
Once you have placed your order, it may take up to 14 work days (Mo-Fri) for us to dispatch your order.

From the day your order has been dispatched, transport to you in most cases takes 7-21 business days. It is possible for it to take longer depending on your location and possible customs clearance. 
If If you have still not received your order after 10 weeks from the shipping date, please let us know so we can check your shipment status.

Shipping costs depend on the package weight and destination, the cost will be calculated depending on your order and cost will be provided at check out. 
All Shipping cost are final.

Once your order has been shipped, a Tracking number will be updated to your order. To view tracking details, please log into your user account, click your account, click the order number and you will get the full order over view. On the right bottom side all shipping details are provided. 

 

If your order status states awaiting fulfillment, please refrain from contacting us to ask when your order will be shipped. Order processing can take up to 14 work days (Mo-Fri).

 

Once shipped, please check your tracking every few days if necessary. 
If the shipping company can not reach you the package is often held for pick up. Should this show up in the tracking update please contact your local postal service with the from us provided tracking number to find your package location. We will not be able to assist.  

 

Shipping disclaimer

While we do our best to pack our parts as securely as possible, it is possible that some parts may become loose in transit and not arrive as expected.

If your package arrives damaged, please open it with your postal service to claim any damage to your order. Damaged shipments must be claimed by the receiver with their local postal service or other service responsible for delivery.

Return shipping must be paid by customer.

AUTOart Spares is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

 

Express shipping

At this time we do not offer any types of express shipping. 

 

Shipping via German Post

Orders weighing under 2kg are shipped via German Post Standard. This is not an express service. Shipments via German Post Standard will usually be given to your local postal service once it has reached your country. The German Post Standard service offers tracking and insurance (30€). A higher insurance is possible. For this please contact us immediately after you have placed your order (info@autoartspares.com). 
Additional insurance costs 3,00EUR per 100,00EUR increments. 
Example: 
300EUR insurance = 9,00EUR additional charge.
500EUR insurance = 15,00EUR additional charge. 

 

Shipping via DHL

Orders weighing over 2kg are shipped via DHL Standard. This is not an express service. Shipments via DHL will usually be given to your local postal service once it has reached your country. The DHL service offers tracking and insurance (50€ for packages weighing 2kg, 500€ for packages weighing over 2kg).
Additional insurance only partially possible with DHL. Custom quote avlible with every order.

If you are interested in a higher insurance rate, please contact us immediately after you have placed your order (info@autoartspares.com). 

 

All shipping prices are fixed. If you do not agree with the asked shipping charges please refrain from submitting a purchase. 

 

Shipment returned

Should your order be returned to us for one of the following reasons: 

- Unclaimed package (unable to deliver after 3 attempts/not claimed after holding period)

- Delivery denied

- Customs denied

We will refund you the product order value right away. All shipping costs from us to you as well as shipping charges back to us will not be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee.
A re-shipment of the same order will not be possible. Please place a new order. 

 

Shipping delays

In many cases it is possible for your shipment to have delays

this may be one of the following: 

- Holidays in our country

- Holidays in your or transit country

- Customs office processing delay

Please allow a few weeks extra processing time 

 

Restricted countries
Some countries we will no longer be shipping to. 
This is unfortunately due to bad experience with:
- shipping carrier
- customs in the designated country
- clients in the designated country
