All items are shipped from our warehouse in Aachen, Germany.
Shipping prices go by the total weight and size of your order. light weight items may cost more than expected if the size is large (box sleeves f.e.) 

All parcels are shipped with tracking and signature required upon delivery.

Parcels are shipped via DHL (standard).
Prices start at 5,50EUR
Delivery time 1-5 work days

Europe
Parcels within the European Union are shipped with the following methods: 
- German post standard (available for parcels up to 1KG), will be delivered by your local postal carrier. 
Prices starting at 9EUR
Delivery time 2-21 work days

- Standard DHL (available for parcels up to 30KG)
Prices Starting at 17,00EUR
Delivery time 2-21 work days

 

UK

All parcels to the UK are shipped with the following methods: 

- German Post Standard (available for parcels up to 1KG)
- DHL Standard 

Due to Brexit, it is possible that import fee's and processing charges will apply. Delivery delays may be possible due to customs processing

International

All Parcels to rest of the world are shipped with the following methods: 
- German post standard (available for parcels up to 1.5KG) 
prices starting at 10EUR
Delivery time 5-90 work days 

- Standard DHL (available for parcels up to 30KG) 
Prices starting at 21,50EUR
delivery time 7-90 work days (this delivery method is via a combined surface & air mail, and may be transported via Ship, long delivery times are to be expected depending on your country. For country specified information please contact us.  

- Express 
All express services are shipped via UPS, DHL Express, TNT Express, DPD. 
If a certain express carrier is wanted please contact us before placing the purchase.

Delivery time 2-30 work days. 

USA

All Parcels to USA are shipped with the following methods

- German post / USPS: prices start at 12EUR. We are informed that this method is via air mail, but in some cases might be via sea, shipping may take up to 12 weeks. For a faster delivery we suggest to use express methods.

- DHL Standard / USPS: prices start at 28,99EUR. Limited tracking. usually after it has left our country, tracking is rarely updated in the remaining process. If you want better tracking, please select premium or express methods. Delivery may take up to 12 weeks. 

- DHL Premium: prices start at 59,99EUR. Faster delivery than standard. Delivery usually within _ days

- DHL Express: prices start at 52,00EUR. Delivery usually within 10 work days 

- UPS express Saver & UPS Expedited: Delivery usually within 10 work days 

Canada

Orders via DHL are shipped via a combined sea & air freight and an extended delivery time is to be expected. We suggest to use express services. 

All Parcels to Canada are shipped with the following methods

- German post / Canadapost: prices start at 10,50EUR. We are informed that this method is via air mail, but in some cases might be via sea, shipping may take up to 12 weeks. For a faster delivery we suggest to use express methods.

- DHL Standard / Canadapost: CURRENTLY RESTRICTED prices start at 42,49EUR. Limited tracking. usually after it has left our country, tracking is rarely updated in the remaining process. If you want better tracking, please select premium or express methods. Delivery may take up to 12 weeks. 

- DHL Premium: prices start at 59,99EUR. Faster delivery than standard. Delivery usually within _ days

- DHL Express: prices start at 39,90EUR. Delivery usually within 10 work days 

 

International Tracking

In many cases from our experience, tracking is limited with standard postal methods. Usually once the parcel leaves German customs office, there are rarely further updates. This does not mean your parcel is lost or missing and is no reason to be concerned. Being a little patient is best. Should we recieve to ma 

Address Approval

Not all Countries have been fully configured yet. Should you have received at check out an error message stating this please contact us with your delivery address and we will configure it right away. (latest within 48 hours) As our office is not always staffed, we cannot approve addresses around the clock. If you plan to purchase, we suggest to check if your address has been approved ahead of time. 

Important: placing an item in your cart does not reserve them! Our store works on a first come first serve system. Having a non-approved address may lead to missing out on an item. Please bare this in mind when wanting to place an order.

Most covid restrictions have been waved by shipping carriers. Should you have any questions regarding restrictions to your country, please contact us before purchasing.

ORDER PROCESSING

So i placed my order, when will it ship?

Once we have received your order, we will begin processing as soon as possible to get it shipped to you right away. Most orders are processed within in 1-5 work days. 
Sometimes we experience an overload on orders or one of our Team members falls out and this can lead to delays. Due to this we inform you that orders may take up to 14 work days before they are shipped. Work days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and local holidays are not counted.

Order has been shipped, when can i expect it? 

Most parcels take 2-14 days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery may take longer, please see our shipping page for delivery info.

Shipping disclaimer

While we do our best to pack our parts as securely as possible, it is possible that some parts may become loose in transit and not arrive as expected.

If your package arrives damaged, please open it with your postal service to claim any damage to your order. Damaged shipments must be claimed by the receiver with their local postal service or other service responsible for delivery.

Return shipping must be paid by customer.

AUTOart Spares is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

 

Shipping via German Post

Orders weighing under 0,9kg are shipped via German Post Standard. This is not an express service. Shipments via German Post Standard will usually be given to your local postal service once it has reached your country. The German Post Standard service offers limited tracking. 

Shipment returned

Should your order be returned to us for one of the following reasons: 

- Unclaimed package (unable to deliver after delivery attempts/not claimed after holding period)

- Delivery denied

- Customs denied

We will refund you the product order value right away. All shipping costs from us to you as well as shipping charges back to us will not be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee.
A re-shipment of the same order will not be possible. Please place a new order. 

Shipping delays

In many cases it is possible for your shipment to have delays

this may be one of the following: 

- Holidays in our country

- Holidays in your or transit country

- Customs office processing delay

Please allow a few weeks extra processing time if you are buying from overseas. 

 

Adding items to an open order / Shipment / combining orders

Please follow the instructions on the AIP page 

 

How are the items packed for shipping

All products are packed safely in a cardboard box. We will not under any circumstances or exceptions ship a part in an envelop. Items will be crushed or damaged with this method. 

 

Order Status

In your user account you can see order statuses, here it is explained what they mean

- Awaiting Fulfillment 

Meaning: We have received your order / payment and will begin to process shortly

- Packing in progress

Meaning: We have given a packing slip to our warehouse workers to collect all items from your order and will be packed shortly 

- Awaiting Shipment

Meaning: Your order has been packed and is waiting to be picked up by the parcel carrier 

- Shipped

Meaning: your order has left our facility and is on its way to you, tracking number is listed in your order info page or on the email we have sent to you with tracking info 

- Awaiting payment

Meaning: We have received your order but have not yet received payment. 

- Pending

Meaning: There may be something wrong with the payment or order itself, if you have not been contacted yet please reach out to us. 

- Manual Verification Required 

Meaning: Please contact us ASAP.
