PRODUCTS

Are all products new?
Our parts often come from damaged or used/second hand models. We would like to make it clear that it is possible the parts you have ordered from us may bare flaws and superficial damage we have overseen. We do our best to mention all flaws in our product listings. Please review the product description and photos carefully. We cannot guarantee a flawless part unless it is mentioned that the item is "new". All parts come as seen in the listed photos. What you see is what you get.

This can mean the item can have micro scratches, loose items, color different from what it shows in the photo, possibly already glued components. 

All clear plastic items may contain micro scratches or a not clear surface. We suggest to polish the clear plastic items before use. This includes all windows, lights and acrylic clear cases listed on our site. 

How are these parts packaged?
All parts once removed and documented are packaged in a LDPE clear Zip bag and labeled accordingly. Should the listing include various loose parts, then the parts will be bagged separately to avoid damage in storage/transit. Over sized products are often wrapped in packing bubble foil. 

 

PAYMENT

What types of payment do you offer?

 Please note, all orders placed with payment methods other than PayPal may have a processing delay before your order is shipped. Processing of these payment methods usually take 1-2 work days longer. Due to this your order may first be included at a later date to be packed. 

ORDERING

How can I buy from you?

Please create an account in the store www.autoartspares.com
Once created simply add all items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Once placed int he cart, click view cart or click checkout.
There you can then add all necessary details and proceed to payment.
To finalize the order, click "place order" and you're done!

We then send you an order confirmation to the from you provided email address including a copy of your invoice. 

ORDER PROCESSING

So i placed my order, when will it ship?

Once we have received your order, we will begin processing as soon as possible to get it shipped to you right away. Most orders are processed within 1-7 work days.
Sometimes we experience an overload on orders or one of our Team members falls out and this can lead to delays. Due to this we inform you that orders may take up to 14 work days before they are shipped. Work days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and local holidays are not counted.
Most orders are shipped on Thursday/Friday. If you order on one of these days, your order might be shipped the following week. 

Order has been shipped, when can i expect it? 

Most parcels take 2-14 days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery may take longer, please see our shipping page for delivery info.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Where are the items shipped from?

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Aachen Germany.

Can I pick up the items i purchased at your warehouse? 

No, a local pick up /visiting our facility is not available. 

Do I have to pay import Duties?

If you order from outside EU, Duties fee's may apply. We do not cover any import fee's. These must be covered by the receiver. 
No import fee's apply to receivers located inside the EU. 

Do I have to pay VAT/Tax? 

All clients within the EU must pay the current local VAT amount of 16%(subject to change by 31.12.2020). Clients outside of EU do not have to pay this as this will be determined by your import office.
