DHL Tracking Issues

Lately DHL has made some changes and this has influenced the tracking options on parcels.

- Many parcels are now sharing tracking numbers. This means often tracking may show two parcels or wrong information. Why DHL does this is beyond our knowledge and can lead to much confusion.

- Once parcels leave customs in Germany (IZP Frankfrurt) often there are no status updates. This is currently the case with Canada and USA parcels, and may apply to other countries. In many cases parcels are arriving before the tracking states it has arrived in your country. If you wish for more detailed tracking we suggest selecting express delivery methods or expecting delays or longer deliver times without updates.
